The Osogbo Progressive Union USA (OPUUSA) held the annual momentous scholarship award ceremony on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at the Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium, Osun State University-Main Campus, Oke Baale, Osogbo. In a grand event attended by dignitaries and members of OPUUSA, 32 outstanding students from Osogbo, currently enrolled in various higher institutions, were awarded scholarships. The program highlighted the union’s unwavering commitment to advancing educational opportunities for the youth in their community, celebrating academic excellence, and fostering the next generation of leaders.
The president in his remark congratulated the awardees and encouraged them to be focused on their studies to come out with flying colours.
